Games missing from EA desktop Beta(but already purchased)

Same issue here, purchased Bf2042 gold via 3rd party, associated with my ea account. It shows up in Origin app but not EA beta app (which still says I have the trial, now expired). It's frustrating because I have to switch between the two apps to play different games, while they can't both run at the same time.

The worry here is that EA will decide to stop Origin before fixing this issue. As the issue has first been reported over a year ago, I do believe that a lot of people will lose access to their purchases rather soon. ☹️ 

I was having this problem that Origin/Epic launchers was complaining that EA Desktop was running when it looked like it wasn't.

Checked the task manager and noticed that the EA service was running and I had to kill it and also the EA Desktop  background process.

Same issue here with the Command and Conquer collection purchased via Origin but not showing up in EA app.

The EA App shows Mass Effect Andromeda, Anthem, and a few of my other games but doesn't show Dragon Age 1-3 or Mass Effect 1-3. When I searched for DA1 it said I own the game and prompted me to download it, however when I searched for DA2 which I own a physical copy of the collector's edition that shows properly on Origin... the EA app tells me I need EA Play in order to get access to DA2

Seems there is several games like that, juste saw crysis 3 is in ea desktop store but I already have it in my EA account.

If the game is already in origin (long before ea desktop started) and in store of EA desktop why did it not showing up in EA desktop ?
