Charged for gems multiple times

I hope someone can help me. I purchased 250 gems on 5/22 for $19.99. My bank statement shows that pogo (ea) charged me $19.99 twice on 5/22, then again another $19.99 on 5/23! I have been all over the pogo help sites and the ea help sites, and there is no where to request a refund for an overcharged gem purchase. I've seen other players in the forums that had this same problem, and although they followed pogo's advice, their issues were never resolved. I will probably have to go thru my bank.

    Hey luvmyreddcamaro​,

    If you're seeing duplicate charges and not just authorization holds (which should have typically fallen off by this point), I would definitely get in touch with our support team directly so they can take a look. 

    If you create a new case here and select Game Support > Pogo > I want a refund, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can check into this with you.

  • I had the same issue a few months back.  It was never resolved. Sadly

    Hello,

    I clicked that link and still there is no where that says I want a refund and no where that it says create a new case here.  I did see that a few days ago somewhere at the EA Help site, but it was only for wanting a refund for the purchase of a game, which is not what I purchased.

    Hey luvmyreddcamaro​,

    You need to first click the link to go to the EA Help page

    On that page, select Game Support. This shows you all of our games.

    Then select Pogo. If you don't see it in the list of games, you can simply type it in the box that says Search for a game or product.

    Then select I want a refund from the list of contact options. If you don't see it in the initial list of topics, just click See all help topics.

    This will let you open a case to speak with the support team. Let me know if you run into any trouble with those steps!
