It means ea app not stay minimized in tray after exiting game like EVERY NORMAL application, but opens main window. Found bat file somhere at forum forcing stop all ea processes and services and run it every time after closing games - in some casess ea app is much worst than origin(((
@kurator84 @SaltyAussie, cheers for the explanation.
When I launch a game via the EA app, it automatically minimizes de app and puts it in the 'Show Hidden Icons' section of the taskbar. When I then close the game again, the app reappears.
This doesn't work for you? Or do you mean you'd like it not to work that way and that you would like to have options?

I would like the same feature that origin has where if i start the game from a shortcut ea app doesnt open for no reason and re open again after i close the game. This being a toggle called show origin after gameplay.
I dont know why there are still important features missing like this missing from the replacement for origin because origin is still better than the ea app.

Yes, it does this EVERY TIME AN EA GAME IS CLOSED, and we're asking (hell, I'm begging at this point) for the EA Desktop app to give us the option to stop this activity from happening. Literally every other game launcher except Rockstar's * launcher gives users this option... INCLUDING ORIGIN.We shouldn't be punished for having EA Desktop set as a startup/background app (as it's configured by default) by being constantly harassed every time we open a game from our desktop (or other launchers such as Steam where you sell your games, or 3rd party launchers like Playnite that aim to solve the problem YOU and Epic created - every company thinking they need their own launcher and storefront) or every single time we exit one of your games (whether we launched it through your app or not).
We should be allowed to add our game's execution files to the desktop and launch them directly without being harassed by your storefront all the time.
I can't speak for everyone, but typically when I quit an EA game, it's not to start another EA game; it's because I want to use my computer for something else.- 3 years ago@ Same problem here. I hate this *' app.

Nobody likes this app. It is a downgrade from Origin in most if not all aspects. The only answer you will get here is to go the tray and close it. which is answering the wrong question. Good luck getting anything else out of anyone with EA at the beginning of their name

It is not at all OK for it to AUTOMATICALLY un-minimize. I vehemently do NOT want/accept this behavior - it's utterly infuriating.
What idiot thought this was OK/acceptable? If the user chooses to minimize the app, LET IT STAY THAT WAY until THEY decide otherwise!!?!? PLEASE!!!
