How to enable offline play when not being able to use the EA Connect app on PC

Hello,

I, currently, don't have internet so I can't launch the EA app to be able to play any game offline. However, I see it's possible but I don't find it anywhere on the web version. I'm on mobile data and can't really share it to my pc.

How can I enable the offline mode without being able to launch the EA Connect app, due to not having internet at home ?
