I can't get EA emails

I didn't receive an EA email, it's not my email issue. I can't receive the verification email that EA provided me, which prevents me from changing my password, and my EA account appears to have been compromised. It's urgent and I hope someone can fix this.

When I go to the email help site in that link, I can't find any option that starts a live chat. I can't get emails on my main account. I set this one up in an effort to get my main account back up. Not getting emails on my Windstream emails.

I can't get any help to go through on live chat!! you just sit there forever no one ever comes on to talk to you so frustrating you sit for the 5 minutes ends up being never so you have to communicate through emails that take forever and you get a million different advisors, the customer service has not been a good experience for me so far!!!
