IMPORTANT: Privacy Request (GDPR Request)

I want to delete my account (EA ID) and all of my data. Also, I want to submit my GDPR requests. However, I cannot do it because I cannot connect with the only way you provide me - Live Chat and Email using your help form.

Both your Live chat and email form cannot be connected because it keeps rejecting me by saying that "Major Error. Whoops! Our bot authentication found an error. Please try again.".

HOW CAN I SEND YOU MY REQUESTS THEN????. YOU ONLY PROVIDE AN INVALID WAY FOR PEOPLE TO RAISE REQUESTS!!!!! WHAT'S THE USE OF IT?????
