Improved UX for https://www.ea.com/ea-app path.

As a full-stack dev with an intimate passion for quality UI, I have to say that this page is prone to errors. Initially when I loaded the page, the download links were not immediately available and I had to navigate to the bottom of the page to find the links. Also the help icon was not rendering properly. Its possible there is something going on on my end, but I would at least recommend checking to see if there is anyway of smoothing out the rendering on this particular page.
