Is The EA App Going To Ever Work?

I can almost never load my game. Every single time I try to play, I get an error message because the EA servers are unable to handle the site traffic. This is not okay EA. You need to acknowledge the entire community of gamers who have spent their hard-earned money on your games, and who are now experiencing issues due to YOUR servers and not being able to play our games. This is not a user issue, this is YOUR issue.  You forced an upgrade that you were clearly not ready to handle, and many of us are left with unplayable games...again...because of your negligence [and greed].

    It is a complete failure to provide the service it was made to provide.

    It is also a breach of contract. The longer they ignore this, the more they expose themselves. This is already actionable.

    Eight hours later and I still can't play my game! Eight hours! I had ZERO issues with Origin and never have I had this issue. Stop forcing us to "play" on your app when it doesn't work. I'm looking into a class action lawsuit against EA because this is not right. Instead of taking accountability for YOUR issues, you keep your head buried in the sand (and all of that mountain of money you all are making off of broken and glitchy end products) and refuse to acknowledge your broken app. 

  • THis EA app hasn't worked for me since it launched, i had to re-download apex legends in steam. Good job it has an alternative otherwise i would not be able to play apex for months.

    It's a piece of junk, origin worked 100% of th etime, this ea app won't even install properly, let alone work.

    Fix please EA.

    I haven't been able to access the EA app entirely for an entire month. Anytime I try to log in it says "unable to log in error code EC:10000" When I brought it to support the first time they said, "This is an ongoing issue that we are in the midst of fixing". I later messaged again, yielding the same response, I then asked if it were possible to transfer the available games on my EA library to Steam... which I know is possible and have actually done before with Origin... and they said it was impossible. I then asked if I could get a full refund or at least a partial refund on my EA library net worth, and they said it was not possible because I already had 2 weeks or more than 2 hours on my games... This is outrageous. I would straight up get legal action against them for not providing proper service if I wasn't still a damn minor.
