Launch commands on Steam games

You've already added this for games owned directly through Origin or the EA app, but there is no option to allow this on games owned through Steam yet.

Please add this feature for parity so those of us who bought on a different platform (that you officially support) are not segregated against since you are now forcing games to use the EA app on new installs

As for how this is affecting me? I can no longer play Burnout Paradise Remastered because I can no longer use -skipvideos to play anymore
