My VPN is blocking EA services (app and forums)

Hello! I have my entire network protected by a VPN and I could quickly conclude that the EA desktop and AND this support forum are having a complete meltdowns whenever behind the VPN. I assume ...

    Thanks for your feedback. However, as your post was unrelated to the main thread about the EC:10005 in the EA app, I have created a separate topic for it.

    Regarding your VPN: If your VPN is blocking the usage of the forums, the EA app, or other services for that matter, it is recommended to make adjustments to your VPN so that it doesn't block legitimate and safe services anymore.

    Not related? I get that exact same error message...?

    Also... As I stated, EVERYTHING else works fine, Epic, Steam, Battle.net... They all work fine so how can you argue that it is my service that is at fault?

    Clearly there's something fishy with the way I connect to this domain and the EA Desktop App. Also... There is no way to let a specific service pass through unprotected, I would need to make my whole computer unprotected. That should not be the solution either way IMO as it's pretty clear there's something wrong with the EA service...
