Origin displays 2 medals of honor in 2010, while EA app only displays 1 medal

I previously purchased 2 copies of the Medal of Honor 2010, which were displayed in Origin. One copy is in English and the other is in Chinese. However, now I only have one copy of the Medal of Honor...

ea：No Fix Available，My Medal of Honor 2010 doesn't have Chinese, so why can't it be processed? This is a system issue, not a purchase issue. Can you remove my Medal of Honor 2010 from Curry and exchange it for a Medal of Honor 2010 with Chinese
