Origins doesn't recognizes my EA Play with Xbox GamePass

Since i have a subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, i supposebly have the EA Play included, but, when i go to Origins and log in, doesn't appear...

Tho this is a problem because a online thing from a game (Battlefront II Classic) i tried to install it from Origins but, neither tho the website works nor the installer program, since it doesn't even downloads the Origins App.

I know this is some more problems but from what i see everything i did is related to the connection of the account, i dont' know if you can help me to find the correct form of doind the installation of the game or the Origins App, since from EA Desktop App i don't have access to multiplayer online forms in that game (Battlefront II Classic)

I hope i can have a solution from any of those methods or applications, cause it's absurd that i must buy the game again from Steam to get multiplayer.

    Also keep in mind that EA Play via Xbox Game Pass only works via EA Desktop and you won't have an EA Play subscription on Origin @ArchiMageDahlyn.

    Hey @ArchiMageDahlyn for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

     

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a chat or phone adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

    @EA_Jason Why? You’re saying that if you want to play an EA game through Team or Origin you need to buy the same subscription again?

    That's correct @kaecrop, the EA Play subscription through the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate doesn't carry over to Origin as it is only available on the EA app.
