200 hours already? That's quite impressive, I think that I am only about 100 hours in between Origin and the EA app.

@E9ine_AC I'm guessing that whenever we do make the switch to the EA app, you want to keep the hours played?
- @EA_Jason it's on ahah but I love the new interface there are things to improve and polish but I prefer it so the only thing I want is the time synchronization which will be done quickly I hope🙂

https://trello.com/c/MVAp6PFQ/195-previously-logged-gameplay great thank you but I have other bug via the new Ea Desktop launcher such as downloads that do not start or when you quit the application no longer relaunches, the download box which is grayed out is impossible to cancel etc ☹️ forced to come back to origins while waiting for these bugs to be corrected

Any news about the hours synchronisation problem? I re-downloaded the EA app tody and nothing has changed. I still have only 3 hrs in BF1 vs 1200 on Origin...

It's a feature that's currently not in the EA app @Mellerkipper. That means that your hours played from Origin won't appear in the EA app and vice versa.
Soo anything new? Anything updated? Are we getting our hours synced or not?
@EA_Jason that is weird as for some reason my hours played from origin haven't carried over to in the EA app for the sims 4.
But for the sims 3 it has.
For refrence the following pictures.
I played the sims 3 for the last time a couple of months ago which was 3 hours or so which was seen on origin as well. (installed the EA app today 28-8-2022)
For the sims 4 I have played 1258 hours and I would like to see that on EA play as well
Yeah, I'm having the same issue. I have 2900 hours on Apex in Origin. I'd like to keep a record of it ...
At this point (funny enough) thats the ONLY reason I''m not transfering to EA App.
