Re: geforce now with EA app - need to login every time

Other platforms like ubisoft, epic, steam - doesn't require login every time I launch game via geforce now. So it is issue connected directly with EA app, not geforce. A couple months ago I had the very same problem with origin - but somehow it has been solved, so i could just launch game and play. This problem came up again when EA app replaced origin. So i just repeat my question - are you going to do something about it?

I understand where you are coming from.
But you also need to consider your user base.
1. How many GeForce Now users do you guys need in order to fix the issue ?
It was working fine 2 months ago,
but since , it is really annoying.
2. Do you want to lower the EA Origin support reputation ?
3. Can this issue be put as not solved , please ? As most interested people are not happy with the resolution ( the Accepted Solution is not really accepted )
4. Or Is it the EA Origin support policy to solve an open issue as soon as an answer is given ?

Unfortunately, for any issues related to GeForce Now (or issues that happen on the GeForce Now platform), it is better to reach out to GeForce Now support to get the best assistance.

Because GeForce Now is not a system that is physically yours, we, unfortunately, can't help with troubleshooting the potential issue.

If you reach out to GeForce Now support and pass on the feedback to them, they should be able to pass it on to our teams, who then maybe can look at the potential issue.

*GeForce Now is also not a platform that we officially support.

 I am having the same problem with Radeon RX 580 series. I have to sign in every time I want to play the game. I had the same problem with Origin. It was never fixed for me. And I also can't open Create A World. At least with Origin, I could work on my worlds in CAW. There are too many issues with the app to have shut down Origin.

every other company like Ubisoft, Epic Store work together with geforce now for a good experience they make it possible that i can link my account over geforce now dirclty so its always looged in. But for some reason u people at EA dont wanna work together with NVIDIA. 
So take your phone pls call your highest boss and tell him he lose alot of money if he dont fix that.

It's been 6 months, and problem still occurs. Anybody from EA got involved or you just responding the same sentence and do nothing?

I've started to use GeForce Now few weeks ago, obviously, EA products are the only ones that are not possible to use. I will avoid them and try to tell my friends about my experience.

Pairing GeForce->Steam->EA better to avoid. I prefere game products of other creators

In November of 2024 this is still an issue and only an issue with EA.

And we're back to login every time. I guess working properly is a bug for EA app.
