You cant by dedault.

Only way is to alt+tab and open the app again from the taskbar.

Then it will stay on top until the next game you launch.

EA havent added anything (visible) to this app since beta. It still got all the same flaws and lack of functionality.

They may or may not have had backend fixes but this app still is pretty much a beta app.
