Hi there. It was two Kits. I'm really disappointed. This was a such a kind gesture from her, and I feel terrible asking her to refund it.
ETA: We actually do have the some country of origin on our EA accounts - why is it still not possible?

@JayandMeeka, as mentioned earlier, the EA app does not have support for the Gifting feature at this moment.
If you would like to see if you could receive the gift, you may try to download/install Origin again. Origin can still be downloaded via this link: https://www.dm.origin.com/download.
