Terrible App

Every time I try to play, it needs to update. This is already annoying but is made infuriating when it will not update. It takes quite a while to get to 2 or 3% before failing and giving an error message. I never wanted this stupid app to begin with but have to have it installed to play a game I've already purchased... if you are going to force people to use it, the least you could do is make it work properly. By the time I get done fighting with it, I'm either no longer in the mood to play or I've run out of time to. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I played this within the past two weeks... I used to purchase every Sims expansion pack and add on but you've made this such a nightmare that I'm completely done.
