Unable to downoad any PRO games from the EA app on PC

I am still unable to download any games on my EA Pro subscription. I am playing on the PC, through the EA app. I have tried everything the "help desk" suggested. I am able to download and play the games I own (on the EA app), but any "pro" game will not download, it's like the system does not recognize my subscription. I am also unable to add any pro games to my "collection." I have tried talking with someone from customer service, but they could not help me, as my problem wasn't on their list. It's been nearly a month since I bought PRO and I still can't play any of the games on the PRO list. Attached is the error message I get.
