4 years agoThat's why I gave you the suggestion to reach out to our support team @neryuslu, the problem that you are experiencing seems different than 3rd party codes not working on the EA app.

I think somehow I'm experiencing both problems:
- Pre-ordered the game, then cancelled when the beta was underwhelming for me
- Bought the game at a third-party retailer at launch day and registered the code
Might be important to seperate the issues.

You can separate the issue by checking if you can access the game through Origin @f0rcefl0w.
If you can, then it's the bug with games purchased through third party retailers.

Again, it's not.
I have not bought my game from a thrird party retailer. This issue is there when you buy BF2042 from Origin after cancelling the pre-order from Origin.
Please stop refusing to acknowledge the issue.
