I have downloaded the EA app on my macbook so i am able to download the SWGOH app. However when i have gone into the EA App all i can see is the Sims games. There is no search bar to be able to find the game i am looking for. How can i download this game?
Unfortunately it doesn't help me because I want to play sims 2
If it helps, I just found I was able to download sims by clicking on a Sims 4 extension pack in the sale section and from that page I was able to navigate to the Sims base game free download screen. Super annoying about the search bar though!
There is no search bar on the EA app on my Mac. I saw someone else make a post saying the same thing but they got no help, and I have found no help from EA when trying to fix it. I'm trying to download the Sims 4, but obviously, I cant when I have no way to search for it.

As a Mac user, I only use the EA app for Sims 4. However, since not all DLC shows up for purchase when scrolling through the category sorting system, it would be nice to eventually have some type of search bar, especially while there's a sale going on so all users can find what they want. As it is, there are certain kits I'd like to get that aren't showing up in the categories, so I just can't purchase them.
I cant search for the sims. It does not let me look up anything at all there is no tab or a search bar. I am on
macOS 14.5
I kept asking them how to download the sims 2 in the mean time and they finally told me just to try to apple app store... I guess they don't want my money after all
Same. It's really weird to create the app without it if they want people to make purchases.
I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE AND EA HAS DONE NOTHING TO HELP. I HAVE SUBMITTED SEVERAL TICKETS AND NO RESPONSE.

Hi @emilikol,
This is intended as the only games currently purchasable on the EA app for Mac are The Sims 3 and The Sims 4.
