EA App crashing on start (how to fix)

Hello Guys,

if you open your EA APP and it keeps crashing there is multiple things you can try.

• Clear Cache
• Uninstall and reinstall
• Disable all potential VPN Connections
• Restart your router and PC

If all those things do not work. Like they did not for me there is a potential that your controller and its hub is causing the crashes.

If you are suddenly experiencing crashes of your EA APP as soon as you start it and play with a Victrix Pro Controller, make sure to disconnect the controller on your PC and Bluetooth settings and then start the EA APP.

It will launch normally!
