Сan't run the game. Error 10300

Hey, everybody.

I want to play BFH single player campaign, but I get an error when I start it:

Your Xbox and EA Accounts don't match
Your Xbox account is linked to a different EA Account than the one you're using on the EA app. Exit the EA app, then retry installing or launching an EA Play game from the Xbox app. For additional help, visit help.ea.com. Error code: EC:10300

I've been trying to fix it:
1) I cleared the BFH game cache
2) I cleared the EA APP cache
3) I rebooted my PC
4) I deleted the BFH game
5) I uninstalled EA APP
6) I rebooted my PC
7) I installed EA APP
8) I installed the BFH game
9) I rebooted my PC

THIS DOES NOT HELP

I have tried other ways to solve the problem including changing credentials. That didn't work.

This problem only occurs with the BFH game. Other games, even BF:BC 2, start and work fine

I contacted EA technical support, but they were no help at all. My case: 194253042

I have never linked an account with xbox or playstation. I have never had an xbox account, I have never owned an xbox game console.
