Adding Friends From Within the Game

Adding friends or chatting from within the game is MEDIEVAL... Literally, I have to minimize the Game, open EA Desktop, or Origin, click add friends, and then MANUALLY type in their weird ID... At least these are the steps in FIFA 21, I don't know about the other games. This is unacceptable.
