Banned and appeal denied.

Question

I got my EA account back on two days ago. It's purely used for my Xbox (just for the Sims 4) , I haven't used it in 2 years. But since I wanted to install fc25 on my pc , via Xbox gamepass , I found out I was banned. Over the last year or so , I had a suspicion that my Xbox account was hacked. It didn't cause much trouble since I didn't really use it. We just changed the password a lot.

I had to have the email changed from the EA account , since it wasn't an email I knew. I thought this was the end. But turns out it was banned in Jan 2025 for systems abuse. I haven't used it. I have a new ea account. I cannot unlink this EA account from my Xbox account since it's banned. I can't speak to support since it is banned. My appeal got denied (I am trying again.)

Is there anything I can do? All I want is to install fc25 and F1 25.

Hey there. Please try submitting a dispute by following the instructions in our article for banned and suspended accounts. Terms of Service will need to investigate the ban to see if it can be overturned. Thanks!

I have the same issue, my first appeal was denied without any specific reason or an explanation. I appealed again but seems to be taking forever, I just want to ask a simple question: if I delete the account will it be unlinked from my epic account? But support not answering, tried as guest same no one answering, I waited desperately 2 hours in the chat page sending a message every 10 min so I don't get disconnected. I made it clear that I just got my account a day ago by submitting the case number and a screenshot of the case page when I got my account back. I just want to play games I own legally on my epic games account I'm not asking for something free.
