I'm trying to get in contact with anyone from the audio department of Battlefield 3, as I'm insanely curious about this specific hidden track that can be heard in the buildings on the map Seine Crossing

This is a fairly under the radar secret of Battlefield 3 that has no other context or information surrounding it. It's not like other Easter Eggs the franchise is known for. So my main questions (if anyone from the dev team could chime in on this): 

-Why was this put in the game, on this specific map? What is the narrative behind this existing?

-What was the recording process like for something like this, and who recorded/composed it?

-Are there other secrets like this in any other levels or games? 

-Do you have access to an unmodulated version of the audio, or was it edited specifically to sound muted?

-Why hasn't anything as mysterious or eerie been in the Battlefield series since?
