can I use a visa gift card to purchase sims 4 packs?
I want to buy sims 4 packs and was simply just wondering if I could use a visa gift card to do so

I used one to purchase the Sims 4 For Rent.
I received a Visa Gift Card for the holidays and I don't seem to be able to use it to purchase Sim 4 packs; EA will not accept the info. Can you please guide me on how to make it work?
