Can't download the witcher 3 update
I had to go and buy the full game with the upgrade from Epic games store, right now on their app it's on sale for like $30 or something

I'm sorry about that. What was happening when you tried to download the update on the EA App? Also, which update were you running into issues with? Was it the next gen update or for the recent patch?

it never updated and to this day it's the old base game not the upgrade as it had been promised. I had to buy it from another outlet since the EA app never gave me the upgrade. Which cost me another $50. Now I have issues getting games to load, and honestly I'm not happy with the EA APP. months into waiting for the upgrade still no upgrade at all.

What happens when you try to launch the game from the EA app? Do you get an error message? Does the same thing happen for other games on the EA App?
