Can't go on EA live chat or email support

I have tried accessing the links to go to EA live chat or email EA customer support, but it isn't letting me proceed.

On the "Select platform" box, it is supposed to give me a drop-down menu to choose my platform, however when I click on it I simply get "Select platform" as the one and only option. Since this is required, I have no way of proceeding to get in touch with EA.

Is this a glitch, or is there something I am missing?

FYI, the issue is that I cannot link my EA and Xbox account, since apparently there is already a (disabled) EA account linked to my gamertag...

@SC3E101 Thanks for the link. As it turned out, the "PC" option appeared just now and I was able to chat to someone. Maybe this was because the last time I tried this, it was out of operating hours of the chat?

Hi, there is no option for a live chat anywhere on your website.. My account has been hacked and i need help

ive been having countless issues with trying to speak to an advisor! got opened cases which to speak to an advisor it says ive got to go onto resume case - but the resume case doesn't work and just crashes everytime, so ive now gone down a different route and finally found an option to "chat with us" but when you choose that option nothing happens...its like they dont want to deal with the issues
