Can't install EA App (error code INST-3-1923)

Hello,

after having uninstalled the EA app, I am now unable to install it again. The installer is simply giving me the error message "The EA app encountered an error and couldn't finish installing (error code INST-3-1923). Screenshot of the error message is attached. Please help, since all EA games are unplayable to me due to this issue right now.

    Issue appears to have been resolved after clearing the cache on Windows 11. Leaving this open in case anyone encounters a similar issue.

    I have the same problem, I tried to delete cache and it did not work! Help!!
