Can't install EA App from the installer (PLS IM TIRED OF THIS SHI-)

I just downloaded the installer yesterday, it went well and smooth when I opened it, and install the whole thing. I even managed to install TS 4 AND PLAY IT for a few minutes.

UNTIL THE APP SUDDENLY CRASHED **bleep** OUT. I've tried everything, reinstall it, repair my microsoft visual c++, clean the cache, changing the TEMP location. It has been a whole day. I can lunch the installer, but everytime I try to install the app, it went error, the error code is INST-21-32 (This appear if I launch it as admin) and INST-21-577 (This one if I launch it normally). I don't even know how many forums I've read, or videos that I've watched on youtube.

I'm just so tired of this thing.. I miss origin T^T.
