I believe it was from EA. I think it was from a promotional offer when the game was free for a period of time. I can send you the code if it helps you.

      EA replies the whole time the same sentence, and do not resolve anything, there is no way to contact you in any form.  I purchased several games I am unable to locate the product key, thieves !
