Direct x12 compensation

I have been playing fifa since 2001. Honestly this is the most disappointed I have been for any fifa title. I preordered this game and was only able to play my Frist game in December simply because of the directx12 issues that was not listed as a necessity when preorder was available. I asked some ea supports on multiple occations what assistance i can get becasue i am soo far behind. I was a div 1 player but I am soo far behind I am always playing catch up. I missed all the important sbcs with no compensation even if the direct x12 issue was not my fault. It got soo bad i had to buy an entire new laptop just to run and still no compensation. It is honestly frustrating that the customers are not the focus for the company. Im asking on the public forum now. What compensation is available seeing that the dx 12 issue was not there on pre order. I missed 3 months with all the sbcs I was interested in. @EA_Darko
