Thanks for the update!
Could you try clearing the cache for the EA App and see if that makes any difference?
Please let me know if you still can't see any of the games after that. Thanks again!

Hi again, so I have tried to clear my cache but to no avail and the issue is still there. Attached is what my library currently looks like on the EA app and origin.com website.

@EA_Kent no any updates. not showing on "My Collection". Also when visiting store page, nothing "you owned edition"
