@EA_Kent no any updates. not showing on "My Collection". Also when visiting store page, nothing "you owned edition"

Having the same issue. Game shows in the collection on EA App but is greyed out. When I click on it only option is to buy it even though I redeemed it from Prime Gaming and even bought the Deluxe Edition Upgrade from the store.

Hey everyone,
The teams have made some changes to the EA app, and we would like to ask you to check again if the Amazon Prime Day EA Games are now appearing correctly for you or not.
You might have to give the app a full reboot or clear the cache of the app to make sure that everything is working as intended.

Did you already have the chance to try clearing the cache for the EA App to see if that helps?

I cleared my cache multiple times in the EA App and made sure Origin is not opened at all.
