i just redeemed Grid legends and NFS heat on prime gaming. I can see them in my online library in the browser but i launch the ea desktop app and there arent there and it says I have to buy them. How to i fix this

Community ManagerHey @kilabogan the team is aware that some users are not seeing the Prime Gaming titles reflected on the EA App and are currently investigating.
As soon as we have any further info we will update you.
For the time being, you can play them through Origin.
