duplicate payement
I recently purchased F12024 via the EA app and it took two payments from my card. I contacted EA on this whom advised as they could not see two payments I would need to contact my card provider to resolve. So I contacted my provider and they issued a refund back to my card for one of the payments. I have now had an email from EA advising the game is now removed and I no longer have access due to the charge back. How can I resolve as I am out of pocket and no game to play?
