duplicate payement

I recently purchased F12024 via the EA app and it took two payments from my card. I contacted EA on this whom advised as they could not see two payments I would need to contact my card provider to resolve. So I contacted my provider and they issued a refund back to my card for one of the payments. I have now had an email from EA advising the game is now removed and I no longer have access due to the charge back. How can I resolve as I am out of pocket and no game to play?

    For any billing issues like this, you'd need to reach out to the live support team again so they can review your billing information to see what's happened with this purchase- here on the forums, we wouldn't have access to your account details to take a look with you.

    This is what i done originally and was told to contact my bank, which has now resulted in the game being removed. I have raised another case and been told it could take 10 days to receive a reply. Poor showing for something that is not my fault in any way and only actioned what EA have told me to do in the first place after charging me twice
