EA app downloads game and continues to want to re download the same game

So I have downloaded the same game 3 times now all are showing in my files all of which are showing full file size and on EA app it is say to download the game again I have tried countless things aft...

The game is Battlefield 5 and at this point this is what i have done 

I have ran EA App on my pc as admin

made sure that it is allowed through my firewall

restarted my router

re downloaded EA app twice

cleared my EA app cache

clean booted my PC.

If anyone has anything else to try please I am at a total loss at this point
