@lamebabe, not too sure. But when it's your time, you'll be greeted with a message in Origin for Mac that tells you all about it. 🙂

@EA_Leeuw My origin app still does not work. Customer support keeps telling me to download the new EA app. But there is no EA app for Mac that exists. Why are you doing this to your customers?

Still nothing yet.. Why is EA so good at dragging their feet?
This is starting to feel just like Half life 3 all over again and EA is taking pages from Valves gaslighting book.

I'm in the same boat unfortunately... I can't even load my game through Origin anymore, it's been about a month with constant crashes. Patiently waiting for the EA App to just appear I guess? At least that's what I heard is happening. That they're slowing making their way through a list of Mac users? And the EA App is supposed to just show up on my laptop someday soon? Who knows how long it will take... I can't even figure out how to contact customer support to ask about it.

Does anyone know how to contact EA/Sims about it? I feel like it shouldn't be taking this long for me. What if I'm not on the list or something 😭

Okay, does my computer need to be turned on at all times? Can it be off or in sleep mode? Do you have any insider knowledge on how far they are down the list of people?

And it still doesn't work, the app keeps crashing continuously, and despite attempts to restart or reinstall, it still doesn't work. Does anyone have a solution?
