Ea beta launcher on first launch is blank
When i open it all i see is this. i cannot get it to do anytrhing else. I have the latest msv installed

Did you tried a App recovery?
Click on the 3 lines in the top left corner (Menu) > Help > App recovery.
@holger1405 That does not exist on it if you look in the attached photo there is nothing in the top left
