I recently purchased Game Pass, and uninstalled Origin since EAPlay is included with Gamepass. However, after installing ME3 via EA Desktop all the DLCs are gone. It's a real deal breaker for multiplayer!
Does anyone know where I can go to install the ME3 DLCs? All I can find are some Multiplayer DLC's for Andromeda.
I've seen this posted before both here and Reddit. Alas, as far as I know, no good solution except finding someone willing to send you the 1+ GB of DLC. I'm able to play MP through EA Desktop only because I had the DLC already installed (alt-account has it on Origin). I guess you could order on Origin, get the DLC, then request a refund.
But on the positive, see this thread. Who knows if/when it will be addressed though.
Thanks for the info! I still have Origin’s EA play (I paid for a year up front), so at least I can settle for using that, for now.
Man. I really hope they’re able to work out the kinks on EA desktop ASAP.
I was really excited when I saw it, thinking it would be a less janky version of Origin.

So if I understand correctly, since you have Origin EA play, and can thus dl the DLC on Origin, I don't see why you wouldn't be all set. Once you have the DLC in the correct folder, you should be able to play MP, whether through Origin or EA desktop. I can.
You said "all the DLC's are gone".
Do you mean gone from your PC folder structure where you previously installed the DLC? Or just "gone from the store"? If it isn't in the structure, that is odd. Did you install ME3 to a different drive than before?
If you mean just "gone from the store", shouldn't matter. Just install from Origin.
And FWIW, I don't see EA desktop as any less "janky" than Origin. Nor do I have high hopes for it being so. But I don't have major issues with Origin. I think I've had more with EA desktop. So yeah, just play from Origin.
