EA Desktop APP .exe won't run

Hi,

Been trying to install EA desktop, and every time I do it the .exe file won't start but still shows on my task manager. Tried several times, and nothing I saw on other posts worked

  - Start as an administrator

  - Create a folder on C\ named Electronic Arts and start the .exe file from there

  - Re-Download and installed EA Origin.

any tips?
