Community Manager@erwhuofwehw I am sorry to hear you have been having such a hard time getting the EA ID changed, Sadly not something we have the ability to assist with on the forums past basic troubleshooting the browsers you are on.
As this is more of an account issue, if no names you use work, which have no effect on content as it is just a username, you would need to speak with live support again on this so that they can look further into the account. They can make changes to the EA ID with you if need be. Content appearing and disappearing is a separate issue though that they would need to look at as well.
If you clear your browser cache and history on all browsers, swap to a mobile device may be and test it there and you still get the same type of errors, you can contact our live support at help.ea.com. To request a chat or open a case through email:
Select the game or EA App
Then select Platform
Manage my Account
Chose the appropriate option

I have tried literally everything from my end, the numerous support agents I've spoke to on the phone, chat and email do not have any ability to help and referred me here again, it was actually a step back recently, from an attempt by a support agent due to their limited resources
Its a problem I believe can only be fixed on EAs end, it's affected the stat pages I am registered on since this has started to happen in line when my account started to experience bugs/glitches/errors, this affects the games I play, when people want to search, add or invite me. My DLC I have bought and paid for is failing to register and operate as intended on most games. All platform issue, ongoing issue since at least early January 2023

@erwhuofwehw This is not an issue that we can handle over the forums as it deals with your account. You would have to get in contact with live support again in order them to look into this.

thanks, but i have tried that since january and have gotten no where - because they have limited resources, please stop referring me to there when i have tried for a half year straight nearly everyday with no success and even bounced around and told to come here
Are you not able to bring this to attention of someone who can fix accounts ?
