EA Please Add More Payment Options in India

It has been so many years and we still do not have the most basic payment options available to us on the EA app in India. I waited for sale on the sims 4 expansion packs only to realise that I cannot buy them because EA only accepts credit card payments. Please include more options, its been so long.
