Ea Won’t Accept My Card Details When Paying
I’ve been trying to pay for multiple extras for sims 4 and its declining my cvv (or csc as they like to call it) number and i keep having to take my card information out and re putting in just to even get passed that error. I’ve spoken to my bank and there is money in my account.
Im A little frustrated as I can’t seem to find out what’s going on.
Please Help, I’ve updated all my card details etc and put in the correct CVV number yet it is declining and my bank said it is to do with EA and not them.

Please try the following steps to clear up this error:
- Use a different payment method
- Make sure your billing details in the EA app match the billing details for your card
- Remove and re-add your payment method from your account
- Make sure the location on your account matches your real location
