Error Code 106

I have redownloaded the app, restarted my laptop, shut it off, and turned it back on again, and the app continuously says Error code 106. This is super discouraging because I have spent a lot of money on this app and I just want to be able to login and play. Any helpful tips are welcomed! I have also contacted EA support, but have not heard back yet. Thank you!
