Email Verification Menu ISSUE
Greetings, I have been attempting to link my brother's Steam account to his EA account. Initially, the process was progressing smoothly; however, I mistakenly entered an incorrect email address for the verification code. When I attempted to return and correct the email address, I was redirected to the login screen and was unable to proceed further. Would anyone be able to advise on how to resolve this issue?
Error when clicking on anything!
Whenever I press on a game in the ea app it pops up with this message (see picture attached below) this is happening with everything. I've tried resetting my laptop, uninstalling & reinstalling the app and logging out and logging back in. If anyone knows how to fix this please help me I've been looking for answers for hours and I can't find anything in the ea help section it's essentially useless.EA APP - Unable to Launch EA SPORTS FC 24 on PC
Hello, I'm experiencing an issue launching EA SPORTS FC 24 on my PC. When I attempt to start the game, the FC24 splash screen appears briefly, then closes, and the EA App opens without launching the game. I've already tried the following troubleshooting steps without success: Repairing the game via the EA App. Clearing the cache folders. Updating the EA Anti-Cheat. Adding exceptions in Windows Defender. Disabling Control Flow Guard (CFG). Running the game in compatibility mode. Closing background applications. Updating essential system components (Visual C++, DirectX). Creating a new Windows user account. Temporarily disabling the Windows Firewall. Despite these efforts, the game still fails to launch.
