It hasn't been removed, you could try to check if you're using a VPN maybe that's why it won't show up. However though, I also have a similar issue as you. While Gcash is available as a payment option (on my end) it keeps giving me errors such as "QR generation failed." I'm not sure why, it's been a few days now.
