i think i can see that there is no hope for my account

Hello, i want to share my story about my banned account, i play apex legends since season 10 to season 12 then stop play at season 13, then i comeback to play it again with my friend at season 16, i spend almost 600h in apex legends and i never using cheat nor third party programs or exploits. On 24th march i got email notification that my EA account got ban says "WE WISH TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE FOUND YOUR ACCOUNT TO BE IN VIOLATION OF OUR USER AGREEMENT OR OUR TERMS OF SALE, AND DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS VIOLATION WE ARE LEFT WITH NO OPTION OTHER THAN TO PERMANENTLY CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT."  I read the EA guidelines and rules about Apex and I did not break any rule, and i never break EA TOS. Before my EA account got ban, my other account like STEAM, TWITTER, and INSTAGRAM also got hack, i lost my item and steam balance and my social media account got ban permanently, on twiter i can see that before my account got ban, it create a post with tagging so many people which i dont know who they are. After my account got ban i make a new case and new discussion about my hacked account, on the discussion they say that i need to do a live chat with the CS, at first i dont know how to do a live chat support and only make a new case, after a day my case got decline and i got respond on my discussion, i found how to contact EA live chat support on youtube, and immidietly contact them, they says that i need to create a new case. Then i do all the CS says and wait for the outcome, 1 day after that exactly today i got email notification that my case got decline again, and i contact the CS again, they says that i need to create a new case again and ask them what happen if it got decline again then they says that i can create new case again. Well after that conversation with the CS i can think that they cant do anything about my account, well i could see that I wouldnt be able to play apex legends anymore~

    If you have had multiple ban appeals denied then it is likely further appeals will not help.

    @EA_Barry yea i know, also its kinda suck that they didnt want to tell me what User Agreement or EA Terms Of Sale that my account broke.
