IDLE LOSSES CFB/MADDEN

There is a glitch going on which is unfair, lame and baiscally cheating. And it only encounters if you are actually good. I have been cheated outta 10-15 games with this IDLE LOSS glitch!!! Where one game I'm up 14-0 the player pauses the game and it says, 

And doesn't give me my win despite being up and not pausing the game which is 😡 being playing EA game est 99. How can a billion dollar company allow this smh.
