Ok I take my reply back. The app is a broken mess for me as well. Sometimes when I start it, all the games belonging to the Battlefield and Star Wars Battlefront series are gone from my library and their store pages have gone missing too. When I open the store page it just says "this game is no longer available for purchase in our catalog".
And yet occasionally my game library is restored and all my games are all available to play. It does this completely randomly. There's no any kind of logic or pattern here. It's like the EA app has a mind on its own and only decides to work when it feels like it.
If anybody can figure out how to get Origin working again, please let us know. I can't even install the EA app.
